This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains to you on how SmartHR Max collects, use and share your personal data through your use of our mobile application and website (“SmartHR Max Platform”). Beyond this Privacy Policy, your use of SmartHR Max Platform is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Collection of your personal information If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. SmartHR Max or our third party service or software provider may receive your personal information by employing cookies or other similar tracking technology to authenticate you as a user when you log into your account, understand how you navigate through the SmartHR Max Platform and interact with SmartHR Max advertisement, to learn what content is popular, to keep a record of your preference and improve our services. Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the service we have or are trying to enter into with you. Users can obtain an account through a company-wide registration process. Here’s how it works:

Purpose of collection of your personal data

SmartHR Max does not intentionally collect personal data from minor (according to applicable laws) as SmartHR Max Platform is not directed to children. We protect customer data with the following site features: We are entirely using custom self SSL/HTTPS throughout SmartHR Max Platform. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization. Databases are sanitized (actual user personal details are removed) before deploying to development or testing environment. In case of a data breach, System administrators will immediately go through affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed after informing the user.

What third parties we receive data from

We don’t share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc. Any contact messages received through this website related to hiring and customer service are also never used for marketing purposes or shared with any third parties.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

At this time, we only use user data to provide services of SmartHR Max Platform on this web portal, mobile application (android & ios) and target users for advertisements to remind them of the services we provide.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

If you working company is our client for SmartHR Max Platform, the shared information can only be seen by our development team and your HR/Admin. You can also request that we erase any personal data through your company we hold about you. If you use one of the contact forms, the message can only be seen by our business administration team. Other than breach notifications, we are not aware of any regulatory disclosures we must provide. Please feel free to notify us if you are aware of any.

Changes to your personal data

You may change your personal data through your account on SmartHR Max Platform. However, you may not be able to modify information that your employer requires us to maintain.
